NICE Evidence is a portal which provides access to selected and authoritative evidence in health, social care and public health.

Trip is a clinical search engine. It is freely available online.

NHS staff have access to Trip Pro via NHS networked PCs, or offsite with registration (register from an NHS networked PC). Trip Pro is an enhanced version of Trip which provides access to additional content such as medical images, videos, access to free full-text articles and advanced search functionality.

Putting evidence into practice

NICE Guidance - Evidence into Practice is an e-learning resource for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), primarily aimed at medical undergraduates but is useful for all healthcare professionals.

The e-learning offers practical advice about how to use evidence based medicine in daily practice. The information has been adapted from NICE Guidance and illustrates application of the guidance with practical examples.
